My journey through real property began in Montreal property management in 2001, followed by my first Alberta real estate licence in 2003. Across 21 years of military service, including service with the Canadian Armed Forces from 2017 to 2025, I learned to study the ground, assess the risks, plan deliberately, and place people and mission before self.

Today, I bring those principles to Greater Edmonton real estate through CENTURY 21 Gillany Realty, guiding buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families through decisions involving far more than four walls.

My approach follows five principles:
